Is ginger dressing good for you?

Ginger is the among the healthiest spices on the planet. It’s loaded with nutrients that have powerful benefits for our body and brain. Many people use ginger to treat forms of nausea, especially morning sickness.

They are one of the most tastiest spices in my opinion and can help with osteoarthritis. In colder months, my mom likes to make ginger tea to keep us warm and apparently ginger is also great to relieve menstrual pain.

This was amazing! I used Bragg’s aminos because that’s what I had. I only used 3 tbs of the aminos. Thank you for sharing!!!

    1. ChihYu says:

Thanks, Mary! I’ve never used bragg’s aminos and based on what I heard from my friends they taste different from Coconut aminos. Either way, glad you like the dressing. I recommend grabbing a bottle of coconut aminos (I use big tree farms) next time if you can so you can use it for all my other recipes, too! 😀

Followed this recipe exactly for a sesame ginger citrus salad. Paired it with spring mix, celery, mandarin orange segments, and toasted almonds. It was delicious, very refreshing and full of flavour. Thanks for the recipe!

I didn’t have coconut aminos and used soy instead. Way too salty for my salad but it was perfect for marinating chicken thighs–yum!!

    1. ChihYu says:

Hi Nikki! Thank you. Yes regular soy sauce is way saltier than coconut aminos, which is the one I use for my Paleo blog. I would say reduce the quantity by half if using regular soy sauce. Happy cooking!
