Organize your shopping list in 4 categories.

If you shop with a shopping list, make sure your list is organized by the section of the store so you are not running around like a crazy person. But if you just want to grab something quick and last minute, make sure you have –

1) leafy greens, 2) aromatics, 3) protein, and 4) your favorite condiments if they aren’t already available at home.
