Vegetarian

Vegetarian cooking can be just as comforting and flavorful as any meat-based dish. This collection of Asian vegetarian recipes features tofu favorites, veggie-packed soups, and refreshing side dishes that truly steal the show — all simple to make and full of bold flavor.

Many of these dishes are close to my heart. I’ve always loved cooking with tofu, and you’ll find plenty of tofu recipes here, along with vibrant vegetable sides inspired by Asian and Taiwanese home cooking. Whether you’re vegetarian or simply adding more plant-forward meals to your table, these recipes are meant to be cooked often and enjoyed.
