Chicken cabbage stir fry with Chinese napa cabbage and velveted chicken breast is a simple and healthy one-pan meal full of flavor.
Let’s get started!
Dice the Napa cabbage to 2-inch selections and separate stems from the leaves. Slice and season the chicken.
Heat the oil and then add the chicken. Pan-fry the chicken until golden brown, about 2-3 mins. Sear the other side, about 1-2 mins.
Saute the garlic, ginger, and scallions. Add the napa cabbage and shiitake and cover the pot to simmer about 3 minutes.
Uncover and add chicken and the sauce, and toss everything together for 1 minute. Garnish and drizzle with sesame oil for serving.
