Prepare ingredients

Prepare the stir-fry sauce and finely mince the garlic and ginger.

Lightly saute

Saute the garlic and ginger with kale and cabbage in a large Dutch oven.

Steam

Add the broccoli and the sauce. Cover and steam the veggies for 3 minutes.

Make sauce

Transfer the vegetables to a serving plate and thicken the liquid in the pot.
