How to make  sha cha beef

This easy one-pot sha cha beef stir-fry is loaded with garlicky and umami flavors. Super fast to make with tender juicy beef in every bite!

Let’s get started!

Prepare the beef


Thinly slice the beef. In a bowl, add the seasonings with a quick marinade.

Chop the aromatics


Prepare the aromatics - mince and chop garlic, ginger, spring onions, and chili peppers

Sear the beef


In a large saute pan, get it hot then sear the beef in a single layer. Transfer it out of the pan.

Saute aromatics


Use the same pan, saute the garlic, ginger, spring onions, and peppers.



Add the shacha sauce and return the beef to the pan. Toss to combine.
