How to make hibachi noodles

Hibachi noodles extra garlicky and buttery! These Japanese steakhouse teppanyaki noodles are easy-to-make and full of flavor!

Let’s get started!

Prep

Finely mince the garlic and chop the scallions and combine and mix well the sauce in a separate bowl.

Noodles

Following the package instructions to boil the noodles, about 1-2 mins. shy of the recommended cooking time.

To cook

Saute the white scallion parts and garlic in butter over medium-high heat. Add the sauce mixture to the pan.

Combine

Drain the noodles and toss them in the sauce and combine well. Garnish with serving ingredients.
