How to make chili oil ramen

Chili oil ramen with homemade chili garlic oil is tasty, easy to make, and ready in 10 mins.! Extra garlicky with gluten-free ramen noodles.

Cook the noodles

Rinse to remove extra starch and drain well before adding to the bowl. Toss with a touch of oil to prevent the noodles from sticking.

Chop the aromatics

Heat the avocado oil in a small saucepan, uncovered over medium-low heat for 3 minutes or until the oil simmers.

by pouring the hot oil over the minced garlic, scallion, and salt in a serving bowl. You should hear them sizzle.
