Roasted bok choy with tender, crisp, and juicy baby bok choy is a great side dish. Ready in 8 mins. in the oven and serve with chili sauce.!

Prepare

While preheating the oven, trim the bottoms of the bok choy and slice them into quarters.

Clean

Rinse the dirt off of the bok choy, plunge them in the water a few times, and pat the leaves dry with a paper towel.

Season

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and coat the vegetables in oil and seasonings. Toss and coat them evenly.

Roast

Loosely cover the bok choy with tin foil and bake for 8 minutes. The stems should be tender and the leaves are soft.

Serve

Transfer the roasted bokchoy to a large serving plate and drizzle with garlic chili sauce. Serve warm or at room temperature.
