A Thai Stir-Fried Glass Noodle dish, made low carb and same great flavor, using kelp noodles.

To prepare the kelp noodles, take them out of the package.

Step 1

Combine lemon juice and baking soda in a bowl

Step 2

Massage the kelp noodles for 1 min to soften and rinse in water for 1 min.

Step 3

Add them to stir-fries with protein, vegetables, and sauce.
