Ingredients

Prepare the bok choy

Halve or quarter the baby bok choy

Clean the bok choy

Rinse under tap water and pat dry the bok choy

Saute the bok choy

Sear the bok choy with cut-side down in a large saute pan

Add the seasonings

Add minced garlic and coarse sea salt to taste
