This Chinese chili garlic sauce has the perfect blend of garlic, spice, and a little sweet and spicy. It takes 15 minutes to make and uses healthy avocado oil.

Ingredients

Start the pan cold

Infuse the avocado oil with minced garlic over low heat.

Bloom the aromatics

Add grated ginger and salt and continue to simmer the oil.

Add the spices

Add Korean chili flakes, coconut sugar, and sesame oil.

Add the seasonings
