How to cut and clean bok choy

Learn how to cut bok choy for small, regular, and large-sized bok choy. Use them for soup, stir-fry, and salad!

Baby bok choy

Use a knife to slice the bok choy in half lengthwise.

Regular bok choy

Slice in half lengthwise then quarter it.

Large bok choy

Crosswise cut to separate the leaves and stalks. Then dice further.

Rinse the bok choy under water after you cut it.
