Crispy skin-on and boneless chicken thighs make the BEST Honey Sriracha Chicken.  This recipe is friendly for Keto (sugar-free) or real honey users.  Grill, Air Fryer, Oven, Stovetop friendly.

Debone the chicken thighs. If not sure how to do this, a detailed step-by-step in the end of the story.

STEP 1

Season with coarse sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on all sides.

STEP 2

You can air fry, bbq grill, oven bake, or cook on stovetop. Cook time in the recipe.

STEP 3

There are 2 versions of Honey Sriracha Sauce - Keto (sugar-free) or regular Honey sauce.

STEP 4

Drizzle the sauce over and garnish with scallions. Serve hot while the chicken is crispy!
