Chinese Broccoli In Garlic Sauce

Chinese broccoli is rich in nutrients and good source of Vitamins C, K and A. It also provides folic acid and high dietary fiber.

Cut off the bottom stems (about 1-inch) away and discard. Separate stems from leafy parts.

STEP 1

Finely mince the garlic

STEP 2

Saute the broccoli stems with avocado oil and pinch of coarse sea salt.

STEP 3

Add the leafy parts and season with another pinch of salt.

STEP 4

Off heat. Season with toasted sesame oil and coconut aminos.

STEP 5

Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve hot, at room temperature, or slightly chilled.
