Thai Sesame Beef with Mushrooms. Delicious Paleo Thai stir-fry thin sliced beef with mushrooms in savory sauce. This is one of my go-to quick Thai stir-fry beef recipe during the work week !
Slice the beef thinly against the grain (about ¼ inch thick). Defrost the frozen vegetables in a microwave (I use frozen mushrooms today). Drain the water and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a wok or skillet over high heat. Stir fry the beef for about 1 minute, until it changes color slightly. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in the work or skillet, stir fry the garlic, scallions and mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes, seasoning with fish sauce, coconut aminos, salt and pepper.
Return the beef to the pan, add sesame seeds and stir-fry for 2-3 more minutes, until the beef is tender and cooked. Transfer to a serving plate. Season more sesame seeds and scallions if preferred.
