[Crumble toppings]:

medium sized eggs

cup
sifted coconut flour

baking soda

great lake gelatin
optional

vanilla extract

tsp
salt

tsp
cinnamon powder

coconut oil
melted
¼
cup
coconut or almond milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop topping ingredients (walnuts and pecans) and mix the crumble topping ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, mix in vanilla extract, coconut milk, and melted coconut oil.
In a separate bowl, mix coconut flour, salt, gelatin powder (optional), baking soda and cinnamon together.
Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and mix until there are no lumps.
Pour into greased loaf pan, spread it evenly, and sprinkle crumble mixture evenly on top.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
