Use the same seasonings for all the vegetables, starting with spinach that's seasoned with salt, toasted sesame oil, and garlic.
Hot water blanches each vegetable item before you mix-in the seasoings.

They taste even better when chilled and that makes them perfect for make-ahead meal!
It comes with a homemade Paleo Bibimbap Sauce that tastes sweet/savory/tangy/little spicy.
