Vegetarian Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice Bowl)

Korean Bibimbap comes with all sorts of vegetable toppings and a little spicy bibimbap sauce. You can pick-and-choose your own toppings and it's a great dish that served at room temperature.

Use the same seasonings for all the vegetables, starting with spinach that's seasoned with salt, toasted sesame oil, and garlic.

STEP 1

Hot water blanches each vegetable item before you mix-in the seasoings.

STEP 2

You can pick-and-choose your own vegetable selections.

STEP 3

They taste even better when chilled and that makes them perfect for make-ahead meal!

STEP 4

It comes with a homemade Paleo Bibimbap Sauce that tastes sweet/savory/tangy/little spicy.

STEP 5

Add the veggies on top of rice along with the sauce. Mix it up and dig-in!
