Mixed mushrooms, dairy-free creamer, ghee, gnocchi, garlic, shallot, baby arugula

STEP 1

Saute the garlic and shallot with ghee and olive oil

STEP 2

Pan fry the mushrooms until they are in light golden brown

STEP 3

Add the stock, dairy-free creamer, and nutritional yeast

STEP 4

Add the boiled gnocchi. The sauce will turn thicker.
