Napa Cabbage stir-fried with quail eggs is a deeply savory Chinese cabbage dish that you often see in restaurants! Serve this simple Asian vegetable stir-fry with or without the quail eggs.
Boil the quail eggs, if using. This is an optional ingredient.
Dice the cabbage. Separate the leafy parts from the stem parts.
Julienne the carrots
Mince the garlic and the ginger
Saute them with coarse sea salt to taste and add the eggs in the end, if using.
