Dice the beans into 3-inch sections. Par-boil for 1.5 minutes. Then, shock them in ice water. Make sure to pat them dry.
Saute the garlic with oil, then add the beans. Season with salt, mushroom seasoning (or chicken bouillon). Toss and serve!
