Crispy rice sushi is a delicious, fun, and gluten-free appetizer or snack with crunchy rice cakes. Let me show you how to make them easily!

Cook the short grain white rice & add seasonings. Press it into a container to refrigerate overnight.

Step 1

Slice the rice cakes into squares. Air fry or stovetop shallow fry to golden crisp.

Step 2

Rest the crispy rice cakes on a rack to cool

Step 3

Add the toppings of your choice and with my bang bang sauce!
