How to make chicken corn soup

This delicious chicken corn soup with shredded chicken or turkey is easy to make and healthy and delicious! With simple ingredients, a perfect soup for cold winter!

Let’s get started!


Build base flavor 


Saute the garlic and scallions with ghee butter until fragrant.

Simmer the soup


Add the creamed corn and chicken stock and bring it to a gentle simmer

Add ingredients


Add the canned or frozen corn with shredded turkey or chicken

Season the soup


Bring it to a gentle boil and add the soup seasonings - coconut aminos (or soy sauce) and salt to taste.

Make egg ribbons


Bring the soup to a gentle boil and make fluffy egg flower ribbons and serve hot!
