This boneless thick-cut air fryer short ribs is fast and easy. With a quick Korean marinade and air fry for 10 minutes. Perfect for meal prep!

Trim away the extra fat and slice the short ribs against the grain into bite-sized chunks, about 1.5-inch (3.8cm) chunks.

For thick-cut, marinate them for 1 hour and up to 3 days in advance. If you use thinner-cut, marinate the beef for 30 mins. and up to 3 days in advance in the fridge.

Place the beef chunks into the basket with some space between them. For thick-cut, air fry for 9 minutes for medium-rare or 10 minutes for medium.

Pour the leftover marinade into a small pot and reduce it over low heat until the liquid thickens. Drizzle it over the sliced beef before serving.
