How to make Asian brussel sprouts

These Asian brussels sprouts are air fried or roasted to crispy. Drizzled with sticky maple “soy” glaze, they are the best and easiest side dish for every day!

Let’s get started!

Prepare the vegetable 


Trim the brussels sprouts and soak them in water for 10 minutes.

Pat dry and season


Pat dry the brussels sprouts and add the seasonings. Toss to combine them well.

Air fry or roast


Air fry or oven-roast them in a single layer until golden brown and crisp.

Make the sauce


Make the sauce in a separate bowl and drizzle the “soy” maple glaze over the Brussels sprouts.

Toss to combine


Toss to combine the sprouts with the sauce and garnish with toasted sesame seeds!
