Homemade Strawberry Milk Korean Style

Fall in love with Korean Strawberry Milk! A refreshing summer drink made with real strawberries, dairy-free milk,  homemade strawberry syrup, and a touch of honey!

Let’s get started!

Prep and boil


Chop the strawberries and add them to a saucepan with orange juice. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Mash and thicken


Mash the strawberries while leaving some chunks, and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.  Let it cool to thicken and chill.



For each glass, add 4-5 tablespoons of strawberry mixture and swirl it around the glass to make interesting swirl patterns.



Pour in chilled milk and a splash of half & half to a glassware. Top with the diced strawberries. Stir well before drinking and serve cold.
