Chinese Garlic Green Beans

Use Chinese dry fry technique to make blistered green beans with little oil. Not deep fried or flash fried.

Lightly toast the sesame seeds for extra aroma

STEP 1

Dry fry the beans in a hot pan with no oil until they are blistered

STEP 2

Add a dash of avocado oil to blister the beans further

STEP 3

Add garlic and seasoning sauce

STEP 4

Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds before serving
