How to make steak fried rice

Steak fried rice with crisp rice grains, juicy beef stir fry marinade, and veggies is a quick fried rice recipe full of flavor and healthy.

Let’s get started!



Dice the steak into bite-sized cubes. Marinate the steak with soy sauce, baking soda, sesame oil, starch, and salt and pepper for 15 minutes.

Sear the steak


Sear the steak in a hot pan or wok for 2 minutes total. Transfer them out of the pan and set aside.

Add rice


Saute the onion and scallion. Use your hands to separate the rice grains and add them in little-by-little so they don’t clump.

Add seasonings


Add the frozen veggies, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Return the steak and eggs. Toss everything to combine all the ingredients.
