I Heart Umami
These shrimp wontons filled with bouncy shrimp, shiitake, ginger, garlic, wrapped in gluten free wonton wrappers and served with wonton sauce.
Let’s get started!
Finely chop shrimp, shiitake, scallions, and shallots.. Season with salt, coconut aminos/soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper and Chinese wine.
Add wontons in batches, allowing space to float. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until they rise to the top. Drain and serve with wonton sauce.
