How to make rice paper egg rolls

These Rice paper egg rolls are gluten-free with cabbage. Make these egg rolls with rice paper wrappers in oven, air fryer, or stovetop.

Let’s get started!

Cook the filling

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger, scallions, coleslaw mix and bean sprouts. Season with salt, mushroom seasoning, and coconut aminos.

Wrap the egg rolls

Dip the rice paper in water for 5 seconds. Add 2 tbsp of filling then roll into a tight roll. Wrap with a 2nd sheet for sturdiness.

Cook them

Air fry: at 380F for 8 minutes, and 6 minutes the flip side. Or bake at 425F for 20-25 minutes. Or shallo fry for 10 minutes.

Dipping sauce

Serve with egg roll sauce - apricot jam, pickled plum, apple sauce, and rice vinegar. Adjust to taste.
