How to make Black Pepper Angus Steak

This black pepper Angus steak Panda Express is a copycat recipe made gluten-free with tender beef, crisp veggies in a savory and sweet sauce.

Let’s get started!

Prepare the beef

Trim away fat and then slice the steak against the grain into 1.25-inch chunks. Add the beef and seasonings from soy sauce to sesame oil. Marinate for 15-30 mins.

Vegetables and sauce

Dice the onion, green beans, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Combine the stir-fry sauce in a small bowl.

Sear the meat

In a large pan, pan fry the beef over medium-high for 2 minutes until the bottom side is browned, and cook the other side for 2 more minutes.

Saute the onion, mushrooms, and green beans then add the bell peppers. Add the beef and sauce. Toss to combine.
