Ground chicken stir fry with green beans is an easy healthy meal with crisp string beans and flavorful ground chicken in a sweet/savory sauce.
Let’s get started!

Dice shallot, garlic, and ginger and slice the green beans into 2-inch sections. In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients.

Sauté aromatics in hot oil, add meat, and turn heat to medium-high. Season, break up meat, and stir to crisp (8-10 min). Add oil, brown more (3-4 min), then plate and cover.

Dry roast beans (4-5 min), then add oil to char. Season with salt and garlic powder and stir fry for 1 minute

Add chicken and sauce; combine well. Serve garnished with seeds, pepper, alongside rice and sauce.
