Bang bang chicken skewers with homemade bang bang sauce. The chicken is marinated to tender. Air fry, grill, or oven bake and gluten-free!
Let’s get started!

Slice the chicken breasts into strips and chicken thighs into chunks. Marinade them in the fridge for at least 1 hour or best overnight.

For chicken breasts and larger pieces of thigh, fold and thread the chicken two to three times. Be sure not to pack them too tightly.

Air fry at 400°F (204°C) for 6 mins. Flip, lower the temperature to 380°F (193°C), and air fry for 4 more mins. You can also grill or broil.

Brush the skewers with bang bang sauce. Garnish with chives and furikake, if using. Serve hot with remaining sauce on the side.
