Soak chia seeds with dairy-free milk of choice. Add vanilla bean powder (optional). Stir-well and store in the fridge for at least 6 hours or best overnight.
Before serving, add strawberry compote or any fruit or sweetener of choice. Add a dash more milk for thinner texture if desire. It’s best to finish the soaked chia seeds in 3 days for best texture.
Chia Pudding Milk Ratio: Similar to my Paleo oatmeal, 3 times the quantity of chia seeds if using dairy-free milk from a carton.
