Instructions
Hard boiled eggs in air fryer (makes 4)
Preheat the air fryer at 400°F (204 °C) for 5 minutes.
Air fryer at 280°F (138°C) for 12-13 minutes.
Use an oven mitts to remove the eggs and soak in cold water before peeling.
You can test your fryer temperature and cook time with 1-2 eggs first before making a larger batch.
Air fryer soft boiled eggs (makes 4)
Preheat the air fryer at 400°F (204 °C) for 5 minutes.
Add the wire rack to the basket and place the eggs on top with some space between.
Air fryer at 280°F (138°C) for 9 to 10 minutes for soft egg yolk center | 10-11 minutes for medium egg yolk.
Use an oven mitts to remove the eggs and soak in cold water before peeling. Tap and peel carefully as the eggs will be quite soft.
I recommend testing your air fryer temperature and cook time with 1-2 eggs first before making a large batch.
Fried eggs in air fryer (makes 1)
Grease the non-stick oven safe tray with avocado oil. Place it in the fryer basket and preheat it for 5 minutes at 400°F (204 °C).
Crack an egg to a small cup and slide the egg to the hot tray. Air fry at 350°F (177°C) for 3 minutes. Add 1 more minute for a more solid egg yolk.
Scrambled eggs in air fryer (serve 1-2)
Preheat the air fryer at 400°F (204 °C) for 5 minutes.
Spray the non-stick cake pan with avocado oil. Pour-in the whisked eggs. Air fry at 300°F (149°C) for 3 minutes, stir the eggs, cook for another 2 minutes, stir the eggs again, and cook for another 1 minute. Keep stirring and adding 1 minute increment until your desired consistency.
Air fryer poached eggs (makes 2)
Preheat the air fryer at 400°F (204 °C) for 5 minutes.
Spray 2 ramekins with oil. Add ¼ cup room temperature water to each cup with 1 cracked egg per cup. Carefully transfer the ramekin to the heated basket. Air fry at 360°F (182 °C) for 6 minutes.
Run a small teaspoon inside the cup and along the ring to help “release” the egg. Air fryer for another 1-2 minutes.
Slide the egg out to a strainer. Drain the water before serving.
Air fryer frittata (serve 6-8 slices)
Preheat the air fryer at 400°F (204 °C) for 5 minutes.
Line an oven friendly cake pan with parchment paper so that the frittata won’t stick to the pan and will be easier to lift it out. Make sure the paper is not in contact with the heat source.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and combine with ingredients from milk to cheese, if using.
Pour the egg mixture into the cake pan and carefully transfer the pan into the fryer basket.
Air fry at 320 °F (160°C) for 10 minutes. Remove the basket and stir the mixture. Air fryer for another 10 to 12 minutes. The center should come out non-watery when inserted in a chopstick.
Carefully lift the frittata out of the pan. Wait until it’s cool to room temperature and slice before serving.
Air fryer egg cups (makes 6 small egg muffins)
In a large mixing cup, whisk the eggs with all ingredients. Place the silicone muffin cups into the non-heated fryer basket. Carefully pour the egg mixture into the cups and leave a little space at the top.
Air fryer at 300°F (149°C) for 8 minutes - stir the eggs - and cook for another 2-4 minutes. The center should come out non-watery when inserted in a chopstick.

When using parchment paper in an air fryer, please make sure that the paper is not in contact with the heat source. The paper will burn and could be potentially dangerous.
Use oven mitts as the fryer basket will be hot.

Tips:
Do experiment with your own cook times. Use this recipe as a reference guide and expect a little trial-and-error until you get a handle on your own cookware.
Test with 1 to 2 eggs first before you try a larger batch. Do not overcrowd the basket.
Temperatures and times -The following factors affect your cook times and temperatures: egg size (even the same carton of eggs come in different sizes), room temperature eggs vs. chilled from fridge, bakeware material, bakeware size, egg quantities (volume), and air fryer brand/size/model.
Preheating: most of the recipes here require you to preheat the basket to 400°F | 204°C for 5 minutes with the exception of the air fryer egg cups.
Other: I have a cosori 5.8 qt. Air fryer. The eggs I use are all large eggs and are refrigerated and not at room temperature.
