Prepare all your ingredients before taking out the nori sheets. Use 2 sheets per wrap. Gently fold them twice to make 4 square marks. Cut a slit to the middle of the nori sheets.
Add the food, starting from the bottom left corner and clockwise, with avocado, cucumber, canned tuna, and boiled eggs. Place the food in an even layer and try not to overload. Add the sriracha, mayo and furikake, if using, on top of the tuna.
Carefully lift the bottom left corner to fold the avocado over the cucumber and press gently to help them adhere.
Fold the top left corner to top right corner.
Then fold again to get one square shape wrap.
Eat them right away & here’s how - with a tray under, carefully lift the wrap up with two hands and take a big bite! It might get a bit messy as some items might fall out ...just like when you eat tacos but it won’t affect the taste! Have fun and enjoy! :)

Notes
Here are some other possibilities to add to the wraps -
Use sandwich cheese for avocado
Radish, kimchi or sauerkraut (drained) for cucumbers
Canned salmon, chicken breasts, smoked salmon, deli style turkey, ham, chicken slices for tuna
Cooked rice or square shape omelette for boiled eggs
How to store the extra unused nori sheets?
Keep the moisture away! Seal the bag as airtight as possible and store the sheets in a dark, dry, and cool place. I store mine in my cupboard and sometimes in the fridge drawer.
