Crispy chow mein with chicken and shrimp

House Special Chow Mein with crispy chow mein noodles tossed in a delicious chow mein sauce with chicken, shrimp, and bean sprouts.

Let’s get started!

Chow mein sauce


Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar in a bowl. Dice garlic, onion, and prepare sliced chicken and shrimp, if using.

Chow mein preparation


Cook according to the package directions, removing them when they’re still al dente. Drain them and set aside to cool.

Crisp the noodles


Pan-fry the noodles until crispy, flipping as needed to brown all sides. Add aromatics, bean sprouts, chicken and shrimp to cook through.

Add sauce


Drizzle the sauce in slowly, stirring well to coat. Be sure to fully coat the stir fry for maximum flavor. Serve hot.
